Lily, 22, was accused of frequently parking her Mini Cooper in a private parking bay belonging to another resident outside her home in Hackney, east London, before she was confronted by the owner last week. An onlooker tells British newspaper The Mirror, “The man marched over to Lily, started jabbing his finger at her and gave her a piece of his mind. “He had no idea it was Lily Allen until she got out of the car and asked him what the hell he was going on about. The man looked a bit surprised when confronted with a pop star but continued laying into her, saying she was selfish and generally having a go.

According to the Mirror, Lily had been drinking cider with best friend, TV presenter Miquita Oliver but the two got separated in the crowd.

An onlooker told the newspaper: “She was really getting into the spirit of the occasion - probably a bit too much. She was drinking outside The Cow pub when she stumbled over and didn’t get up.”

“She looked a bit dazed and soon people were surrounding her and taking pictures of her and laughing.”

“A staff member at [the nearby] Rosa’s Dining Room saw her on the floor, picked her up and took her inside the restaurant to stop everyone gawking at her.”

All’s not exactly going as planned, though. Allen told the magazine, “We’ve done nothing! All we’ve done is make YouTube videos for other peoples’ songs.” And while few approach her on the streets here, Allen doesn’t know all the New York names either. She said she was a bit sloshed when she performed at Tinsley Mortimer’s party in the Hamptons recently. “I was so drunk I kept calling Tinsley ‘Ashley Winksdale,’ ” said Allen. She also confessed to forgetting Jennifer Connelly’s name when she saw her with Paul Bettany at the Waverly Inn.

She writes: “This used to be one of my favourite things to do. But the tabloid f—s have ruined it. Everything i write here gets twisted and rewritten by a bunch of lazy f—s who havent got anything better to write about.”

She adds: “I don’t want to be a celebrity, I am a singer.”

In the post, she also denies online gossips’ reports that, at her Tuesday concert at New York City’s Roseland Ballroom, she took the stage two hours late, forgot the words to her songs and later partied with actor Josh Harnett.

She wrote in her blog, “I’m an alcoholic now. It’s not good and that’s why I want to get back into the studio.

“I’ve actually pulled myself aside and said it will kill me if I keep it up. I’ve got to stop abusing myself because as far as I’m concerned every loon hates me now.”

The quote is suddenly missing from the singer’s page, who over the past month has made some strange and bizarre statements showing the pressures of the road creeping through, including complaining about being fat and not as good as [Amy] “Winehouse”.

The singer admits her partying ways have taken its toll, and is heading to the recording studio to in a bid to curb her excessive habits.

She says, “I’m an alcoholic now. It’s not good and that’s why I want to get back into the studio.

“I’ve actually pulled myself aside and said it will kill me if I keep it up.

“I’ve got to stop abusing myself because, as far as I’m concerned, every loon hates me now.”

The Robin Hood star is apparently concerned Lily could have a breakdown.

He said: “She hasn’t stopped for a year and a half. I remember meeting Robbie Williams and thinking him the saddest person I had ever met. I thought ‘Why doesn’t he just give it up?’”

“I haven’t said that to Lily, yet, but I will.”

This all comes after Lily’s US tour was cancelled early and she wrote an emotional post on her blog about her weight.

The bawdy Brit hasn’t been shy when it comes to talking about her troublesome schooldays, but in a new Rolling Stone interview she has revealed just how far she went.

She tells the magazine, “I was doing things with boys that I shouldn’t have been doing at such a young age… I was doing blow-jobs… I don’t want to go into it. It was not good.”

But she insists that although the sexual servicing upset teachers at her school, her parents weren’t bothered when the authorities alerted them to Allen’s scandalous behavior.

She adds, “They didn’t care… They’re products of the 60s, they’re bang up for a bit of that.”

The 22 year old writes, “I’ve been trying to find a place to live for a while and I’ve been spending all my mortgage money on handbags and shoes that I can’t afford. While I love handbags and shoes, I think it’s more important to have a place to call home.
“I frantically went and looked around some places with my sister Sarah as she’s been researching places for the past few weeks. We found a house in Hackney that I fell in love with immediately. I put an offer in and it got declined.
